PAYMENT

You can access an online course with digital content via a login. Payment will only be deducted from your account when login information is sent. Receipt for the withdrawal is sent per. email.

PAYMENT METHODS

Online courses can be purchased via the PAYPAL portal with an account or with credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard etc.

DELIVERY

You will have access to your online course immediately after the purchase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way to the delivery of digital content that this online course consists of. When you order an online course, you consent to the waiver of the right to cancel the purchase after the purchase process.

RIGHTS

Upon purchase, only a right of use is obtained for the online course in question. The right of use is personal. Online courses on YourPerormance may only be used for your own use. The purchased must be treated confidentially and may not be handed over or passed on to third parties. If we register that a login is misused and logs in from more than 4 devices (computer, iPad, mobile, tablet), YourPerformance reserves the right to block that log-in without prior notice.

Online courses may not be used for purposes other than those for which it was purchased. In particular, it may not be used commercially in direct or indirect competition with YourPerformance company. Therefore, other therapists must not copy the product to their clinic.

YourPerformance does not have the right to remove content from the course that the customer has purchased, however, the right to make improvements, additions and corrections to offered online courses and other digital content is reserved.

DATA POLICY

YourPerformance only collects the information about you that you provide in connection with the purchase of services and products or registration for a possible newsletter. The purpose of the collection is to be able to complete the purchase / delivery with which the information has been collected. We treat your information confidentially and in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act. Your information will not be passed on to third parties. You have the right to be informed of what information YourPerformance has about you. If the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it changed or deleted. Contact us immediately if you experience problems with an online course at aqs@yourperformance.dk. You can basically advertise for at least 1 year after an online course has been delivered. However, you may lose your right to make a complaint if you do not make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect is or should have been discovered.

CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Anders Q Steensen at aqs@yourperformance.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, provided that the conditions for this are met.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

The agreement is subject to Danish law. Any dispute between the parties shall be settled by the Court of First Instance.
